Consults.
Available virtually and in person.
In your initial consult you'll discuss your health history, current or previous injuries and conditions, pregnancy status, and fitness goals. Together you’ll discuss and review your posture, strength, flexibility, pelvic floor/core function and any other physical concerns. Based on this, a tailored exercise plan can begin to be made together, created to support your pregnancy or postpartum recovery and movement journey. You'll also receive guidance on proper exercise techniques and modifications to support optimal outcomes.
In your follow-up session, progress will be reviewed, and any new concerns or challenges will be addressed. Your exercise plan will be adjusted for continued safety and effectiveness, helping you strengthen your body and manage your pregnancy and post-natal recovery.
Initial Consult (1-1.5 hours): $185
Follow up consults (30 minutes): $90
Ongoing Support.
Available virtually.
As an alternative to follow up consults two subscription based services are available for ongoing support following your initial assessment and potential purchase of the guide. The aim of these services is to provide more ongoing access to professional feedback in the small frequent moments to allow for better outcomes and feelings of support.
Level 1 : Communication based support, aimed to empower you through ongoing feedback and answers to questions.
$20/week
Includes:
- Ongoing open communication to message and send through videos for support/feedback about how exercises feel and “if you’re doing them right”
- Weekly/ fortnightly checkins
- Guidance on when and how to scale back during pregnancy and how to progress postpartum, including suggestions for alternate exercises
Level 2: Individualised Exercise Programming + Communication support. Aimed to empower you to continue to move and recover at your best with exercise programs made for your individual motherhood experience and health or athletic goals.
$45/week
Includes:
- Individualised exercise programs, reviewed collaboratively and updated regularly to adjust for changing pregnancy/postpartum status and health/athletic goals. Provided on an Exercise programming app (available for iPhone and Android).
- Ongoing open communication to message and send through videos for support/feedback about how exercises feel and “if you’re doing them right
- Occasional formal reviews or brief phone consults (to support programming) as individually required. (Tailored to your program, pregnancy/postpartum and lifestyle.)
Subscription recommendations:
3-4 months postpartum recommended for optimal outcomes
Minimum 5 weeks recommended in pregnancy
Not intended for ongoing support after achieving full postpartum recovery. Ongoing conversation will be had when getting close to a full recovery about ending your subscription and setting you up for ongoing success and movement upon completion.
