WHAT IS THE GUIDE?

The guide is a unique resource aimed to provide you with all the knowledge you need to move through pregnancy and recover postpartum. It includes both a written document addressing how to approach exercise as well as specific exercises that are suitable. Each exercise mentioned within the guide also has a video online to support you to know what they are and how to do them.

IS THERE ANYONE THAT CANNOT USE THE GUIDE.

Knowledge is powerful for every mama. Knowing more about how our bodies change and movement throughout pregnancy is beneficial for every mama. In saying that there are some medical conditions that it is not suitable to exercise, during pregnancy, as such the guide has limited use prior to pregnancy but can be used in full postpartum.

WHAT HAPPENS IF RESEARCH CHANGES AND THE GUIDE IS UPDATED?

Any and all updated versions (including video updates) are complementary with the original purchase of the guide! The aim of MaMove if to make up to date women’s health information accessible to all women with as little barriers as possible.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The guide is a one off payment, not a subscription. MaMove’s aim is to provide affordable access to women’s health information for all Women. As, such the one off cost is as affordable as possible year round, ( the guide does not go on sale).

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIDEOS?

Videos are accessed through your membership login, provided when you purchase the guide.

About me

I’m Shae!

I’m an Exercise Physiologist and Mama to two gorgeous little humans. I have a strong passion for Women’s health and in particular the incredible process our bodies go through to support us as we grow and recover from having a baby.

After experiencing pregnancy and in particular postpartum for the first time my desire to share what I knew grew! I want to help every woman be able to live a full and active life the way I have supported my sister, myself and many others to do. No Mama deserves to feel lost or be limited by ongoing physical challenges that come from the short, sweet and challenging period of having a child.
